Reference Tags?
I have decided that it is time to start experimenting with one of my sites to see if I can get it back into the Serps. From what I can see with the keyword phrase that I am targeting is that the word density of my competitors is very low compared to my site.

I have used http://www.keyworddensity.com/ to do the comparisons. In the results it list Reference tags and option tags. Can some one explain what these two things are?

Any help would be appreciated.
