1- A 30 minute video that most people watch 50% of

or...

2 - A 3 minute video that most people watch 100% of?

Is it length of time or percentage watched that causes YouTube to rank a video higher?

Non of the video whether it is of 30 min or 3 min. The video that will appear on the first position which is having latest higher no. of shares, likes and views. Thanks..
