Question on keyword density?
As a rule of thumb, what should be a rule of thumb insofar as keyword density for a page. What I mean is, when I use the density tool, what percentage should I shoot for? 20%, 30%?

how can you have 20 or 30% density? one out of 3 or one out of 5 words will have to be your keyword. |

Shoot for natural keyword density. On page factors are pretty minor for a lot of search engines, and if your page doesn't read naturally to your human visitors they won't be interested in what you have to offer. I strongly recommend not forgetting the people who will actually be visiting your site when you write. It won't hurt you that much in the search engines but might help your conversion rate.

It seems like different tools show different density. I am wondering about that also. Yahoo likes onpage optimization.
