I have a question about the overall business side of SEO, or rather a general question about the business side of freelancing.

Sorry I am not sure which forum I should post this.

So if someone give me a contract job, I am suppose to provide or prepare the following documents:

Proposal
Contract
Invoice
...

I would like to have a draft of everything in advance. Am I missing anything? Appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.

I have already googled the above but the result I got was not very precise.
