    Querystring vs friendly URL question

Sorry to post again but I wanted to separate my 2 questions...

The search engines have many of my pages cached as domain.com?a=b&c=d which is the original way I had my site running but then I switched over to SE 'friendly' urls like domain.com/a/b/c/d/. The old links still work though (domain.com/a/b/c/d/ resolves via the .htaccess to domain.com?a=b&c=d so both of these lead to the same page). Do I need to worry about this from the point of view of duplicate content? Also, my site links all correctly point to the friendly urls but the old ? urls still appear on the SEs (and in many cases the newer friendly urls don't...)

    Thanks for any info
