Publishing pictures from other sources
I have a question. I'm planning to create a news website. I read around the internet about the copyright and I think I got it. I can write my own articles based on information from other sources, but what about pictures? Do I need permission from the website which uploaded the article to use the images too or I can simply publish it and write the source below?

you have to write the unique article then use some pictures, and where you pic the images just put at the end of article like image credit: site link

I would err on the side of caution and actually get permission from the site to use their image. It's better to be safe than sorry, in my opinion.

There are stock picture options but taking somebody elses images is illegal and not proper. Moreover, with a request, they would report you and ban your website from Google.
Invest in your own graphics or pay for a stock art/image account and have at it without being worried before you sleep at night.
