Problem with meta title.
Hello,
I've a website and I used WP and installed YOAST plugin for on-page. Website is student-jobs.ca . Current title is "student jobs | the staffing agency for students in Montreal . I can see it when i visit my site directly but when i search on Google with my keywords .It is showing another meta title. I put my meta data by plug in. Here is the screenshot. <snip>
. Has anyone for help me?
Thanks!

Google either has: not recrawled your site since the title change and/OR has found more relevant information on the page to display as your meta data.

1) Patience
2) Get more and better inbound links, so that your website will be crawled more often
3) Stop calling the <title> element the "meta title". It's confusing.

I'm pretty sure that the YOAST plugin also handles the <title> element.
If he calls it the "meta title element" I'll tell him off for you
