They are going to do a fine job for you I'm sure. You should be aware though that what they are proposing is strictly forbidden by Google and when you're caught placing links on private blog networks your websites will lose all of their ranks and can even be damaged permanently. As long as the website owners know that ahead of time it's a good short-term strategy. But just to be clear, it's not a question of if they'll be caught and punished, it's a question of when.

What the company is not giving you for the above quoted price and the service listed is 'The Moon'. That is a pretty steep price for doing something that goes against Google guidelines. Proceed with 'Caution'. Like KernelPanic said, they will get caught, and you with them, not today, not tomorrow, but the day after is coming!

Other things that are a more than a little bit fishy:

Webpage Copywriting (12 pages, 350 words per page) - That sounds horribly automated and very 2012. Are they really going to be producing high quality content or just writing keyword heavy nonsense purely for search engines?

Meta Keyword Optimization (40 meta keywords) - Really? Seriously?? In 2017??? These make absolutely no difference to anything other than letting your competitors see your keywords

URL Rewrites (40 URL rewrites) - Strange thing to specify a number for, like many of their other services. You might need none, 45 or 1000 URLs changed. Suppose it could be a maximum of 40 a month.

Domain Redirect Optimization (40 domain redirects) - Might just be me but that makes zero sense.

We provide guaranteed blog outreach and magazine placement through our partner magazine sites and blog networks - Perhaps the biggest red flag of them all, a "guaranteed" network like this sounds very much like a PBN.

In summary, they sound absolutely horrific.

I find many quotes like this to be reprehensible and the main source of why so many people think SEOs are a bunch of charlatans!

This seems to be a totally one way quote. It gives everything to the SEO service and NOTHING to you or your clients.

    • It defines your costs on the basis of a bunch of activities that may have NOTHING to do with generating relevant referrals to your clients' sites.
    • It includes various one-time costs as if they are recurring costs.
    • It proposes a bunch of SEO activities that have NO validation of SEO effectiveness.
    • It proposes external link generation that may be dangerous.
    • It makes NO provision for generating ANY links that are "dofollow".
    • It makes no provision for evaluating their performance!

This part of the quote seems to be totally irrelevant and/or misleading GARBAGE:

"We provide guaranteed blog outreach and magazine placement through our partner magazine sites and blog networks.

Each article placement and outreach is ensured to be contextually related to the client's site to provide the most ranking boost.

On-Site Blog Post Content (3 articles)
    Blog Post Outreach (5 articles)
    Magazine/News Placement (8 articles)
    Press Release Creation and Submission
    PDF Creation and Submission
    2 Video Creation and Submission"

What a load of nonsense! None of this will necessarily attract a single relevant potential customer.

The problem with quotes like this is that they obscure mission critical SEO issues with huge volumes of implementation details to make you think you are getting value!

The last site I reviewed with a quote like yours it cited an SEO cost of $2,500 per month. It was targeting Australian customers. Their SEO activities generated a small volume of referrals but only 13% of site visitors were from the target market country.

Why not ask the service who quoted this price to come here and justify their quote?

It seems a bit high in price, but may their value is great. I noticed in their offer a few long term problems like the keyword stuffing with 350 words per page!! Got to be careful with this. Also, the PBNs are only good if they are from trustworthy links, if they cannot provide you with this information then it might be a bit fishy.

SEO project's cost depends on the difficulty of getting the website to rank. If it is an easy website in a non-competitive field, then it will not be much. However, if it is very competitive and the website itself needs some work it will raise the price.

What budget are you looking to spend per month on the partnership you are looking for?

I'm pretty sure you can find far cheaper and better regarding the on-page optimisation part. I do not offer such linking or low quality content writing so I can't talk about that part, for content writing I generally hire a journalist or a specialist on the subject and this can be effective but 350 words is far too short if it's not a straight to the point answer to a particular question

    Regarding on page:

    Blog Creation
Webpage Copywriting (12 pages, 350 words per page)

A blog is useless if there only to post 350 words spamming posts. Today a lot of site actually see their rankings rise when they delete large chunks of low quality pages from their website (generally they just cut out the blog). Today a blog is only important to a website if it is set up very carefully (internal linking and structure) and if the content is really over the top.

    Title Tag Optimization (40 titles)
Meta Description Optimization (40 meta description)
Meta Keyword Optimization (40 meta keywords)

For Google Meta keywords and description are just totally useless when it comes to rankings...

Domain Redirect Optimization (40 domain redirects)

Most of businesses do not have 40 domains to redirect, and if they have count 5 minutes per domain (mainly the time to connect to the hosting account)

    .xml Sitemap Optimization

For a 40 page website having a sitemap declaring pages images and videos is largely enough. Sitemaps optimisation is important when it comes to sites that have thousands of pages and where there is a need of sitemaps for sitemaps.

    Robots.txt Check

    Ok that quick but important

    URL Rewrites (40 URL rewrites)

Count 5 minutes per link time to find the urls and write the code.

    Broken Link Report
Most likely an automated task if they do not correct them.

    Google Analytics Check & Installation

If it's just setting a code..... can't say it's useless but nearly the same. Configuring analytics properly is much more than that and configuring an analytics account correctly (avoiding spam, setting goals and objectives, etc) can be very time consuming try get more details on what they do here.
    Google Search Console & Installation

    Takes 10 minutes...

Now what about semantic architecture, internal linking and link juice distribution, canonical tags, non www to www redirections, image optimisation, microdata integration, no frame tags for videos, loading speed, content hierarchy (titles), UX, etc...

If I had been paied that amount for such services I'd be rich by now.
