Talking Photos & Duplicate Content Question

Hello Everyone!

I an new to this forum, so Im very sorry if I placed them in the wrong section!

I have a web site with stock photography on it and have just purchased a new web site to place my photos on also. Now I know search engines cannot read images but if I tagged them differently on each site would it still be considered duplicate content?? I want to make sure I wont get penalized for having 2 sites witht he same pictures on them!

thanks for the help
