    Performing SEO on shoes

As previously mentioned before i work for a medical company that has decided to do internal SEO,

one of the issues i am having is trying to optermise a shoe catagory.

at the moment our site is ina tree form with every product on its own page, the issue i face is i can optermise the brand name (brand x) but i can not optermise the range i.e. (brand x - black - size 37) as i am getting duplicate content or very very small amounts of content.

    typical listing is:
Brand x black leaher mens shoe size 37.

    Materials used:
    Black Leather upper
    polynolene laces
    rubber sole

    available in ranges 30-47

    Price £xxx.xxx

how else can i optimise this listing?

    thanks in advance

That is a pretty broad question.

You should be looking at keyword research to determine what content you need and what will bring you the most targeted traffic.

Given you have a products site, you might want to look at microdata as a mark up for your products.

There is a whole range of techniques and methods you can employ, it sounds like you might need to develop a structured plan and follow it through.

thanks, no doubt i will be back shortly with this. it is not the fact i am being lazy it is just that i do not have such a creative mind when elaborating on a product. The catalogues we were supplies with just have bullet point references to the key features of the shoe. as the same will be said about size 33, 34, 35, 36.... so on and so on.

how would this be taken as duplicate data?
