Over Optimization
One question invented in my mind, Is over optimization can cause to rank down for website. Before 2 days I checked my site rank and it was in top ten but recently it not showing in Google's 100 result!! We check all the keyword rank and all keywords are just going out the way of top 10 list. Can someone give me the solution or tell me that what exact happens to my keyword ranking? I appreciate any help. Thanks.

Telling you what happened requires knowing the precise history of the domain.
Everyone will guess but I wouldn't act on their guesses.
I guess you developed inorganic links... stop doing that would be the solution.
Research costs time... and time is money.

Fathom is correct... If you want to look deeper by yourself, a good place to start is by doing a search here for both 'Google penguin' and 'Google panda'. You can also do that search on the Google search engine.

i agree with the other posts. but my guess, without having any background on your site, is the most likely way to go down that much is because you had gained ranking in a way that google was ok with before, but now considers unnatural. did you buy backlinks or use similar methods? If so, it may just be catching up with you.
