Outsource Vs In-House (Link-Building)

Hi,

Can anyone give me the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing your link building activities. I am talking about outsourcing the link development to a developing country:

To get you started:

Pros- cost and time saving, rapid increase of links

Cons- quality of links might not be great, poor English communication, unsupervised

Can you guys think of any more?

Thanks

lol... Like anything else its a time/money/skill question. Personally I donot see it as either/or both are useful tools in the SEO toolbox.

There were a couple of good threads on this last week. If you use search you will probably find them easily.
