Question Outgoing links
Hello-

Howcome many sites with plenty of outgoing links (small directories, many blogs etc) rank pretty good, even they are far from having an important number of incoming links?

Because outbound links are not necessarily a negative factor for rankings (unless the outbound links point to spamming sites).

The concept "if incoming links are good then outbound links are bad" is an oversimplification created by webmasters.
