One Site - 3 Targeted Audiences?
I am really hoping someone can help me out with this question. I have a client who has a villa in Italy. They run a cooking school, rent their villa, and offer bed and breakfast services. Here is my issue. I am learning that it is important to carrry a theme across a site and in my case, what would that theme be. There a distinct searches for all three categories, villa rental, tuscany cooking school, and bed and breakfast. How do I optimize one site for all of the above? Here is my attempt - www tmhdesign . com / tasty

IMO: I would create three different website addresses (subdomains) with front pages for each thing of those three services.
Then make sure each one has the same familiar navigation to cross from one to another. This will give you 3 different 'sites' to get listed in appropriate places, plus the seo benefits will be better. Ultimately, the user will see what they are looking for.. since each of those three seem very different, even though they logically go together in one physical location. |

I thought that might be the answer. Looking the site as it is now (link above), would you just extract out of each site that which is unrelated BUT on the main navigation (side bar) make the link for the respective categories an external one pointing out to the other domains? Each site would look virtually identical though, no?
