On page and Off page factors
Does anyone know where I can find a COMPREHENSIVE list of all the on-page and off-page factors believed to affect SERP's ?

Also I would like to know what weight to give each of these factors so we can build an internal procedure towards site optomisation.....

Using a search engine: Google search, Yahoo search.

The first result on both search engines show a very comprehensive list of ranking factor, most of which can be applied to most search engines.
