New SEO Idea ?? May be..

I have a New SEO Idea..
May be already used but worth
giving a listen to..

Hypothesis--> Theory--->Test----> Rearrange theory---> Practical application.

1. Form a Confederation of Webmasters every one of whom has many
websites (Even a single page site would do). They should archive their sites with PR ranges 1-10
2. This is what the Confederation does ( paid service of course).

- Instead of Guessing, that "Search Engine Coders are looking for this on a site
or looking for that.... " They Research or "test it out" amongst themselves.

<---------- For Example---------->

A SEO firm or a Webmaster asks them a question about certain
GUT FEELING or a SEO trick --

" Please check if putting X number of outgoing links changes rank of a page from 3 to 4"
The confedaration starts working on the problem....
Keeping rest of the variables same ( this is important) they amongst themselves
"TEST it OUT".
ie They take out a page Ranked 3 from their Archives and put X number of outgoing links (Keeping rest of the variables same) and "test it out" and check whether the results are as they expected.
Credibility of the answer increases if many tests on a single situation are done.

Even if nobody asks them a question they can "test out" a rumor...and keep it to themselves. Only they are to benefit from it. Otherwise they get paid to provide the answer.
for eg "does Google give preference to those putting up Adsense on their pages ?"

The examples above may seem stupid as everybody knows the answer but think about it when their is "Something in the air " and not everybody is sure

This scenario may work best when Rumors are at their peak and not everybody is sure and wants to know the truth.

Anybody for this ?

PS: I dont have the resources or ingenuity to work out this Confedaration otherwise I would have !!
other solution is Wire the Google guys!! (Joking)

I visited the site .. it seems to be very close to what I am suggesting.....
But there are inherent differences

1. I talked of Many websmasters coming together-- they seem to be lacking this.

2. Ready made archive of websites which can be tailored for tests and not tailoring the client website.

What my Idea Suggests is "Getting into the minds of SE coders" by statistically testing the SEO Rumors ( shall we call them SEORs from now on! )<--- here was born a Term!!

3. Credibility issue -- most Important-- The more the numbers of test more credible it gets.-- they seem to be going for a Once-off testing for a particular trick.
For eg a report which says " This test run was given 22 number of times with variables A, B,C... and reported 16 positives and 6 negatives" is more credible then a report which states--
" we tested that the trick A gave positive result".

The former document becomes a statistically imposing document while the latter might be a mere coincidence.

4. Not always workin upon the request of others but comming into action once an SEOR sets in...

I could go on but......
The Idea is you got to test a Hypothesis ( A rumor in fact).
A more grandiose expression--
"Statistical Analysis of a Supposed SE Algorithm" ---SASSEA <--- another term!!!
