Needed some info on the Header tag or the H1 tag !
I had optimized my page for a particular keyword and had added my primary keyword within the < H1> tag as well. But my designer insists that the header text to be added as an image which will enhance the look of the page, and he also suggested that we can have the first paragraph of the main body content within the H1 tag. Will this be good enough for the search engine? Please advice me on this. Also can i add the H1 tag anywhere within the body content? Thanks in advance for your valuable advice.

if u wanna put images use alt tag ....
H1 ia used for header ... header means a word/phrase. how can it be a paragraph? u can't fool SEs by putting too many words in H1.

that isn't exactly sound advice.
adding an image and using alt text won't give you any benefit. alt text is only considered when it's part of a hyperlink. stick with plain text h1's if you're concerned about seo. if you want fancy looks, go with the image.
