Need help from SEO experts I believe SEO is dead
Hello, I got 2 sites and I need help for both because SEO just aint working.
My main problem is in my main site, I am google dancing between top 6-25 but I got no idea why IM not N#1.
My site:
850 backlinks
50% Nofollow 50% Dofollow
13% anchor for my keyword=110 backlinks for that keyword
diversified backlinks, articles ,blog comments, social bookmarks, press release , etc
PR 2
2 months old
My competitor:
60 backlinks,LOSING 1 Backlink per month.
80% Dofollow 20% Nofollow
70% anchor for that keyword=50 backlinks for the keyword.
Has Domain matching keyword.
PR2
2 Years old
Lets compare:
I got 790 more backlinks than him.
I mantain balance between Dofollow and Nofollow while he doesn't
I got low % of anchor text for my keyword while he has 70% it pretty much proves that spamming your keyword doesn't do **** to affect negatively.
I got more backlinks with the keyword (110) while he only has 50
He has same domain as keyword
Both have PR 2
His site is 1 year and 8 months older than mine.
So wtf is wrong

SEO expert can boost your search engine rankings to the top of the result pages.

I have paid SEO experts hundreds of dollars and they have basically achieved nothing. Google seem to be moving away from letting people trick search engines into ranking them above where they should be.
With that said, my site has thousands of pages of great content and currently ranks below a site that contains all sorts of viruses etc.
I think Google have lost the plot.

Think quality not quantity and you can probably answer that yourself!

So your link profile is already looking man built after just 2 months?! Not a good start!

Again, quality over quantity, also did you take into account internal linking and links that aint seen by what ever tool using using to check? (people can block the bots of any crawler to stop them from gaining data link this, the same as you can tell google not to crawl your site, so don't presume you see all!

So? Have a read up on google removing the boost exact match domains use to have!

The toolbar PR we see means nothing and if only updated about 4 times a year (roughly 3 months apart) and so is likely out of date anyway!

That's likely to be a good reason for your site not ranking yet! If your doing the work right keep at it and in time your rankings should improve, but generally a new site will not rank for anything competitive due to old and more authoritative sites being above them!

And who would you be saying these experts are that you hired? Because it sounds like you hired a conman rather then an seo expert, either that or your site is really bad and you didn't listen to the suggestions for making it more seo friendly?!

Moving away from tricks? Google has always had quite clear guidelines and those who try to game them will always get caught out at some point because google (and other search engines for that matter) will always be working on improving the results they display to their users!

It don't sound like you really know what their plot is or was anyway, so how can you say that?
I think both you, the OP and anyone still screaming "SEO is dead" needs to have a look at this The Death Of SEO – Years Of Failed Predictions And SEO Is Still Going Strong!
