Hello everyone im new to this forum and new to programming so you can consider me a novice, my question related on 2 things first was that i was creating a website such as rent.com or apartmenthunterz.com where people could come on my website and for a fee could post there rental units for a fee for each month per unit renting, users coming on to the website could then check these units out for free and also contact the landlords through contact buttons such as yahoo,msn,aim, and skype because unlike the competitor websites i would be going international and think the skype would help people from abroad contact people in the U.S., now to my question what would i need to do or how do i make it so that users can upload pictures of there units and i charge them the fees for example say user 1 wanted to rent his unit but for 2 months and the fee was 29.99 how would i set it up to automatically charge him for these services and allow him access? my 2nd question was since i hear that meta tags are not useful anymore where would i put my target keywords since its useless to use the keyword meta tag? i have alot of keywords that i wanted to use however im at a loss as to where to insert them? lastly this is mostly more of an opinion from the forum i have 3 domain names i bought for this site i want to build but i don't know which one to use they are renthog.com rentbully.com or apartmentless.com what would you guys suggest would be a catchy profitable domain name? any and all help would be greatly appreciated, thanks ~bless~

It seems like you need to setup a system that would allow
your users to log in with given permissions to post..just like this forum...If they pay you then you give them permissions to post and upload stuff...you would need to know some database and some programming for this....I would recommend that you do some research on it or hire a professional...It is not easy thing to do..

Keyword is very importance in search engine...pick a domain
that describes your business.

thats the thing the website is being built so that landlords can post vacant apartments they have for rent but i have 3 domains that i bought but don't know which one to choose but they all have something to do with the theme of my website they are renthog.com, rentbully.com, and apartmentless.com i was leaning towards apartmentless.com also in order to use my keywords where would i insert them when building the page? because on a previous thread i read that the keyword meta tag is dead? can anyone shine some light on this? thanks

If you want other forum members to give up their time to help you, it's a very good idea (one might even say courteous) to make your post readable.

For your 2nd question, My answer to that is NO! this is not true that using keyword meta tags is useless.... by keyword meta tag, the spider consider this to rank your page...Title,Description,Keyword are important tags!

Keyword tags are totally useless.
In fact description tags are also not effective in ranking.
