First of all you have to make your site friendly to search engines and user with unique contents.Avoid flash work on your site and do the following steps for your site.

@Get more and more quality inbound links from relevant sites.
@Submite articles and press Releases.
@Forum and blog posting to get natural back links.
@Update your site regular.
@Do social book marking for your site.
@Submite a site map of your site.
