Multiple Domains names for web site
Hi Guys,
I just wanted to get some opinions on this. I have a site that I have a branded .com domain name. This is the main domain name for the site, basically I will be using this domain for people that are actually looking for my site. I just purchased a domain name that has my exact keyword phrase in it. I plan to mirror the site with the keyword domain name and also use the keyword domain for my search engine placement. Now does anyone see it as a problem? Will search engines penalize this site or consider it duplicate content? The reason being, I feel that sites may naturally to link to my branded domain name.

I have read that exact duplicate content, keywods, META TAGS, and links, can cause you to lose positioning in the original site. But havent had a personal experience with it.
