Exclamation Multilanguage site and reviews leading to duplicate content

I'm developing a multilanguage website in which all main content will be displayed in different languages.

    http://www.site.com/en/article-with-english-name
    http://www.site.com/nl/article-with-dutch-name
    etc

    and
    http://www.site.com/en/listing/shopname
    http://www.site.com/nl/listing/shopname
    etc

I also have a possibility for reviews on this website. Reviews will be written in the language of the visitor/reviewer.

a list of review will be on the dutch version on: http://www.site.com/nl/listing/shopname/reviews/
a list of review will be on the english version on: http://www.site.com/nl/listing/shopname/reviews/
A specific dutch review on the dutch version http://www.site.com/nl/listing/shopn...w-name-example
The same specific dutch review on the english version http://www.site.com/nl/listing/shopn...w-name-example

Now this will lead to duplicate content + dutch cotent on the english version of the site en vice versa
Also the lists of reviews will be in different languages aswell.

How should I tackle these duplicate content problems and mixed language problems?

    help is much appreciated!

In my little understanding this is not a issue if the content posted by you is created by you. You have all the rights to convert it in different languages when you are the owner of that content.

When a site I work on earns a review, I would rather have the person put the review on Google, or Facebook, or Angie's List etc etc, where it is appropriate.

Why, because Google and others verify them. This leads to more credibility and trust in my mind. Any reviews you have users leave you your site leaves the question, is it real or bogus. If it is on Google, etc etc, this question disappears.

Also reviews posted on those sites can be used along with rich snippet code to cause Google to show starred ratings in the serps with your site. Now you tell me, if you see two sites listed on page one, and the 1st site has no reviews but the 3 rd site has 5 Stars in the results, which are you going to click on ?? You understand what I am saying ??

Not only that, but it eliminates an issues of posting the same review over and over on your site. Which by the way, does nothing for your CTR !!! Where as in the serps it will improve your CTR !!
