    Mod Rewrite - Paging

I was just curious as to why rewritten forums don't rewrite the links to pages in the thread? An example: http://forums.seochat.com/t39106/s.html = http://forums.seochat.com/showthread.php?t=39106&page=1&pp=15

Apparently, that's very hard to do (or maybe not worth the effort). See also this very extensive thread on OnSEO:

Also note that the other (deeper) pages of that very thread still have the ?strings ;)

Thanks for the reply, forgive me for going backwards, but 12 pages? I got to "Good news, I'm in the process of hiring a programmer to work on the mod instead of me just for the next release." from the end and let it go.

It's worth the effort if done, I feel, also the page title on the numbered pages should be a lil different as well, even if it says "Thread Title - Page 2"

So, no-one does this? (rewrites the paging)
