Meta Tags Question

Actually there are two questions. I'm going to use Chuck Taylor All-Stars as an example because, well, Chucks are still coolest sneaker around.

Regarding the Meta keywords, will I get penalized if I use the same word repeatedly in different examples? For example, can I use blue chuck taylor, red chuck taylor, black chuck taylor, white chuck taylor, hi-top chuck taylor, low-top chuck taylor, etc AND not be flagged or penalized?

Secondly, if I have a theorotical page advertising Chuck Taylors in different colors, would I benefit by using the product titles from the body of the page in the meta keywords?
