Major Down turn in Traffic
I came into work today to find out that I experienced a huge loss in traffic. (for 3/15/04) Has anyone else seen the same trend. (hope it isn't a trend) for instance I went from 6875 visits per day on average to -- 2472 on 3/14/04 and 3611 on 3/15/04. This has really affected sales.
I dismissed the 14, because it was a Sunday, but the 15 is usually a good day for me traffic wise. Could this be google making changes?? Most of my pages are listed in google. Thanks upfront for the advise spartan396 |

LOL, more information required!!!!
What traffic was reduced (from what referrers), what industry are you in (could it be seasonal??), was your server down, what other things happenned (Did you end a sale?? Was a competitor having a sale?) What is your URL, was your server down when Google crawled..... WHAT?? With a bit more information, I'll have a shot, but with what you've given, I got noting but questions!!!!
