Loss of positions in all my sites

Hi all, I come here because I have read that many are experts in SEO and I would like to help me solve my big problem. It all started when hostgator made updates to their datacenter in the month of July. After being a server 12 hours without service seems that Google has penalized all my sites. I had all my sites in the top positions of Google and after that my sites have fallen up to page 20 or below. This was the next day that Hostgator had low their servers, more than two months ago I'm looking for and I can not get the solution to regain my sites where they were in first page of Google. I have resorted to many forums and no one has been able to help, hope you can give me some advice for my job back. This has me very badly. Sorry for my English.

One of my sites is: goo.gl/xjHGhN

    Regards

Did all your sites have links from the same places? I'm betting they did.

Hi, I do not understand, I can only tell you that all my sites were linked together. I want to know because after that hostgator was down all my sites have begun to fall. I need to know the reason for what happened to my sites. This is very unusual.

If your sites were linked together, Google probably thought it was some link scheme you were executing, which is prohibited by Google Guidelines.
That's strange.. I checked your backlinks with this free backlink checker WebMeUp backlink tool - link checker with fastest growing index and, it didn't find a single link to the site you shared!
Did you take the interlinking down?
Also, at a glance, that website looks like a link farm, sorry... because the homepage only has links and virtually no content.
Final question: do you have Google Webmaster Tools set up for any of those websites? If there was a penalty from Google, you should have received a message about it in GWT.
