Not a good way to increase your ranking. 1000's links from a single domain will not count as 1000's backlinks.

Actually, I got links from blog commenting, I commented on one blog post, 10 links generated from that post, but not got the link from actual post. this is the problem.

I don't think it's a problem. Just don't do it excessively. People do get multiple links from a single domain. For example, if people really like your site, you get tons of them on say, a forum site.

There's nothing wrong with blog commenting. I do it occasionally and 3 years had past, that comment of mine is still sending me quality traffic. You just need to make sure you add value to the original post and not just focus on promoting your link.

It won't give any real results.

but to your question don't really see a problem just would continue to find linking opps or building.

Nofollow links won't be a problem from anywhere or how many. As a side note Google doesn't give any creedence to comments or profiles, along with WordPress blogs and the likes of as far as seo goes. Traffic yes but only if the article is generating good traffic but nothing for seo ranking.
And I highly doubt blogs on WordPress dont do very well as far as real good traffic.

Google does recognize linking root domains. The most important link to your website would be from the page with the highest page authority, which is almost always the home page.

Link building refers to the process of getting external pages to link to a page on your website. It is one of the tactics used in search engine optimization. A hyperlink is the way for users to navigate between pages on the internet.

How is it possible to get 10 links from one comment on the particular post? I think it's spam. And as you said the links are no-follow so need to worry, it won't affect your ranking.
Were you check the website before posting your site link in the comment?

it is not a problem for your website but its a problem for you. you are simply wasting time by submitting again and again because it will be counted as single link from a single domain
