Landing Pages to target multiple areas on a repeated separate landing page

Objective: to get a service rating as the no 1 page ranking for multiple areas

Has any one had success on creating multiple area landing pages
Is this classed as white hat or black hat??

EXAMPLE OF THE BUSINESS SETUP (below)

    Graphic Design Agency Services

    Printing (EXAMPLE PAGE)
    Web Design
    Graphic Design
    Motion Graphics
    Etc

Printing Landing Pages to target multiple areas on a repeated separate landing page

GOAL TO HIT 100+ areas which means to create 100+ separate pages with all correct meta data

    eg:

States "NEW AREA(s)" & page services
    Meta Description
States "NEW AREA(s)" & page services

Please if you have a better way of getting this to work please log your suggestions!!

Let me know if you need me to add more information to explain what we are trying to achieve

Urban Samurai, Welcome to SEO Chat Forums! Anyway your Meta data is not so significant when it comes to ranking but how about the content of the 100+ separate pages? Are they unique or very similar?

If they are very similar and contains very little unique content, it could end up like a doorway pages or get stuck in Google Supplemental Index which makes it very hard to rank for your targeted phrases.

I suggest you will focus on having a single page for a single product because it gives the best user experience and enhance good conversion.

Doorway pages are pages created just for search engine and not focusing on the visitor. I visit the link you give but it says it is not anymore available, although when I click the redirected URL I see a many many links with the same anchor text and content which I do not have time to check it all. I cannot clearly get your point, although as far as I have understood. Duplicating many many links of the same content and same anchor text is bad if all are located on a single page. It is keyword stuffing.

    mass local areas
    Example:

    City: Sydney Australia
100+ local towns to hit (metro area)

When writing the meta tag for the service page you only have room for the city and two local towns plus the service spill you provide.

the information you put in your description never shows up in the search engines

Is there away to be able to get each service page to more local areas for better SEO

You will not need to list it in the description, once it is top ranking locally in Google (like Google australia), all towns in it will use the same search engine (Google australia),so you will not miss anything.

In this case, you will need to target only Sydney Australia as it is a major city. Then in your site you can list down all local mass areas you want to serve, you can even have a page like "Applicable local areas serve" to inform the visitor if their town are in the scope of your services. When someone do a Google search for your targeted keywords + a location. You site will still rank because there are location keywords in your site(the location address) and it will make it relevant.

This simplifies your SEO and a more safer approach than having to be confused with meta tags that don't even add so much value to ranking nowadays.
