KINTEX SEO, can you people browse ours and advise me?

Hello people, I've just registered.
www.gokintex.com (our site, KINTEX) is currently receiving SEO services and although i'm not a technical person i want to get to know further about web-related marketing. Our site had been launched very recently(actually 100% renewed) but problem is that this seems too heavy because people in my company competitively tried to contain lots of colourful contents so i'm under the impression that a website that consists of heavy contents isn't good for SEO. But i've gotta optimize this anyway. So i'm bugging SEO guys days andd nights to make things come true, impressively after 1 month since we start receiving SEO service, we could get some good results at least in major korean meta-search engines. however, we want some good results even in the international search engines simultaneously.
Some say cross-linking would be good for increasing link-popularity so these days i've exchanged some official logos with other international organizations. i will get more advice and also let me provide whatever info i can give you guys later on.

Make sure other sites don't link back to you with only your logo hyperlinked. Back-links should contain relevant text, in theme with your website (preferably your main keyword/s), as many search engines (Google included) will attach more importance to such back-links, thus inreasing your ranking position. BTW, your Home Page doesn't have much text for search engine spiders to latch onto.

If a logo is linking back to your site use keyword rich alt and title tag in that logo.
This will also help in rankings.
