if you get the exact keyword density and your page does not contain useful information, it doesnt mean anything. you sounded like a spammer

use your keywords a few times towards the top and throughout the whole body.

just write "keyword rich" and "sensible" sentences, you will be fine.

if you need a value, here we go:
it should be around 2-5%. If your phrase is "very" comptetitive, then you might want to use 5% keyword density, but you really do not need more than that.

remember that: even the spider does not get you, someone will report you and you will be out of google if you do unethical stuff.

ok

im not a spammer, just wondering what density is considered too much. I use the words modified cars a lot on my main page. But it is lower that 5%.

The spider view tool link above will not count your keyword density. The best site to check keyword density is http://www.keyworddensity.com

http://www.ranks.nl/tools/spider.html - this is a great tool, but really, the best Keyword Density is the one you can't see. If your page looks loaded and you can't even read it to a friend without being embarrassed, revise it...PR and Backward Links do you more of a favor.
