I don't think kwyword density is taking over. But yes, the keywords in the title must exist in the page text. The tool you referred to is cool. Yet, to do things differently- for example, to compare two sites in terms of keywords at various positions like title, meta tags, links etc. you can try this out- www.keyworddensity.com Cheers!
