INSTANT BAN for fake posts or posting your site's domain in this forum

    Dear Members,

    The title says it all.

Don't ask fake questions, don't post fake responses to inflate your forum post count.

Don't copy and paste the same post across multiple web forums.

Don't post useless one-liner messages, such as "I agree with you," "Thank you for sharing this information," or even more clever and inventive useless messages. Don't repeat what other posters have said. Read the whole thread before posting. If you have no question to ask and no value to add, don't post. To agree or say thanks, use the Rep button.

Don't post links to your site in this forum. The only place where you can do this is the Public Site Reviews forum.

Thank you for your attention, and for bearing this this effort to reduce spam.

    Philip (moderator)

New members can only post in the New Members section.

Furthermore: the forum software automatically blocks posts that contain (live) links or certain flagged keywords.
If you've posted a message like that, the forum software may choose to block ALL your subsequent posts.

Mods may come across such posts, and sometimes these are approved later. Sometimes not.

Yes. It serves no purpose other than to boost one's post count. Especially since we have the [Give Rep] button, which is meant for saying thanks without cluttering up the thread with useless one-liners
