ineed hits any good

I have come accross a site called ineed hits the are offering several services like submission to over 200 search engines, banner ad campaigns etc.
One question is are they any good and the other does a good banner campaign generate links or is it about promotion of your website?

I'd steer clear of services that 'submit your site to xxxxx search engines'. Most of the time they submit to FFA (Free For All) pages, which do more harm than good and you end up getting TONS of spam with no increase in traffic. Banner campaigns are also pretty worthless unless the site running your banners matches your target audience exactly. Even then the click-through rate is very low.

I suggest you save your money and work on optimizing your pages for better serps!
