Silly me made my test page my template page with out removing "noindex". All pages on my established site were marked as "noindex" and now don't show in the serps. and How can I get Google to come back? Just remove that tag & hope for the best?

heh.... one of my competitors did this and fell completely out of google.
It took them two weeks to figure out what happened and to get it fixed but once they got it fixed they were back in the SERPs at full strength within two or three days.
This was a highly established PR6 site.

I am recovering. In Webmaster Tools I did fetch-as-Google and resubmitted my sitemap.
