How to submit different tld in English

Hi,
I need help on the following issue:

I would like to submit an english website to different SE in the UK, US, AUS and NZ. I have domains with these extensions.
Does it make sense to submit the identical content with different TLD´s for listing in these countries directories like www.dwpro.co.uk in the UK and www.dwpro.com in the US or would it be better to have one domain (www.dwpro.com) in all english-speaking Countries?

Anyone that can help?

Thank you for your advice. I have one further question:
I decided to have one domain for english: .com
When I submit do I have to submit to Google.com once or do I have to submit this .com domain
again to google.co.uk ... google.nz ... google.au

moglix, actualy you do not need to submit these pages if you listed it in other directories or have enough backlinks. Point is it doesn't matter where you submit it on Google. Just to return to the topic at hand. If you are serious about targetting these countries setup different websites for each and DO NOT DUPLICATE the content. By Geotargetting your websites you will have allot more success on Google searches. Besides if you do research on site look and feel you will probable notice that each site should have a specific look and feel for the country targetted.

If you use a .com be aware that your site will only show up in other countries on a google .com search, if someone checks the "results from the UK, AU, etc," box unless your site is hosted in that country or has that countries TLD your site will not show in the results.
