There are 3 ways:

1.Incoming Links to your site

2. More incoming Links to your site

3. More and more incoming Links to your site

Yes incoming links are the only thing that can increase your PR.

But would you please tell me why you want PR of your site?

PageRank is a numeric value that represents how important a page is on the web. Google figures that when one page links to another page, it is effectively casting a vote for the other page. The more votes that are cast for a page, the more important the page must be.

Actually he would like to say to you that you don't have to worry about PR if you have good PR but you are not in SERPs then you may not get even single visitor.

Having good PR not effective in SERPs but Having Good SERPs effective in Traffic Visitors in our site..

Am i right or wrong?

or any sites..
I want to get information about if i have 0 rank and now i
