    If you analyze your server log files you can find them. Every visitor to your site creates a log entry for every page they visit. You can extract a lot of information from the log files. CTR, Dwell time on page, what page they entered on, what page they exited your site from, user agent and ip address and much more.

    What you want is the user agent field, which identifies the bot and ip address field. It may be simpler to track the user agent and not the ip, just saying.

    BTW the user agent of the current visitor is readily available, here is some useful code snippets in php.

    Code:
    $ip = $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'];
    $browser = $_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'];
    $referrer = $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'];
    Oh if you test the user agent for the string "Google" then you can pretty much be sure it is a Googlebot. They seem to all have that in common, using "Google".

    Edited to add

    This only finds the ones that visit your site. This method may take months or years, if ever to capture all of the ip addresses. But it will identify them as soon as they visit the site.
