How am I violating Google quality guidelines

Hi I got a penalty from Google. Apparently Our site is not living up to the quality guidelines. I'm not sure how though. Our site is: Dating Review AUSTRALIA // Trusted Reviews Of The Best Online Dating Websites

The message they sent me is here:

    "Dear Webmaster of

We received a reconsideration request from a site owner for http://www###.

We've reviewed your site and we believe that http://www.###/ still violates our quality guidelines. In order to preserve the quality of our search engine, pages from http://www.###/ may be subject to one or more of the following actions:

    Removal from the search results
    Ranking change
    Changes to search result appearance
Be considered to be less trustworthy than sites that follow the quality guidelines

    Recommended actions

Use the Manual Actions page in Webmaster Tools to view actions currently applied to your site. It may take some time before recent updates to your site's status are reflected on the Manual Actions page and in our search results.
On the Manual Actions page, you may request reconsideration of your site again.
If you see a hacked manual action in the Manual Actions section of Webmaster Tools, we suggest reviewing Security Issues for other actions on your site.
If you have additional questions about how to resolve this issue, please see our Webmaster Help Forum.

    Sincerely,
    The Google Search Quality Team"

We sorted the links out and they have stop talking about them so i'm looking at what else it could be.

    Here are the webmaster guidelines.

If you received a message from google search quality team then its a concern for you website performance and you should take it seriously and resolve it ASAP.
I don't understand what you are not understanding its clearly mentioned by google that your website is not following quality guidelines, you have mentioned the link, instead of this you should give time to understand those guidelines and follow them.

Note: One this that you can do if google has mentioned some pages URl that does not effect your your ranking or business you can block them or remove them by the help of webmaster tools.
