I have a site in that niche and the values are not too different.
Use the bench mark feature to see how your site compares.
Your time on site is quite high (good), the bounce rate is not that bad at all. 50% is considered good.
What you need to do is look at which pages have the highest bounce rate and or which traffic sources.
You might find a paid advert is giving something like 95% bounce rate - which is a pretty good indicator to stop paying for it.
You may find that some of your PPC ads are not performing very well and swaying the data.
Or you might find that certain pages (certain styles or layouts) are performing badly which nounce rates like 80% +.
When I take on new sites I list the bounce rate in reverse order and any page with several views (10+) and a high bounce rate (above 65%) gets tweaked.
It doesn't sound like you have much of a problem but it is good to be vigilant and give your site a thorough audit.
