Help me to recover my site from sandbox

My site - Hirewebprogrammer.com is in google sandbox from last 3 months. For this i dont have any ranking in google. I am doing all what hat seo technics. But still now it is in sandbox. Please advice me on this problem.

Pretty unusual for the most frequently used anchor text for your site to be "website development company" then.. also "ppc campaign builder".

Surprising as well that so many of your links appear to be comments, articles directories and directories.

I would say, without looking at your site and assuming there are no problems there, that you wont rank because have no backlinks of any real value.

Maybe try reading the stickies from the link popularity forum for some link building ideas.
