I have 2 websites abc.com & xyz.com of the same company. They are added in GA through same email id. Can i add both these websites in GSC using a single email id for both?

I can't see any issue if you use the same email which you have used for the GA for the GSC.

Yes, you can add, also you can link Google analytic and Google Search Console to get the better idea about your visitors, queries, etc.
