i dont really think google can display the cache of a determineted time when you want it... the cache in google is a form to display content when the website is not available, it also work as a text keyword highligther...

you can use www.archive.org to find out how your site looked in 2002-2005.

Can anyone help me find that?
WHen I click on cache pages on Google, it gives only the latest snapshot, Oct. 21, 2012.

Yep, you can only see *the most recent* version of the page it has in its cache

There is now way to see an earlier one.

Use Wayback machine for that
