Google listing

Could somebody help me know how to get my site listed on the top & also get a PR ...

I am working very hard since 3 months for a good listing but it been a
waste as google has caught only one page of my site but no listing on
any of the keywords....

Everything possible on the SEO side is done & still doing like :::::
Title
Keywords
Description
anchor text
H tags
manual submission to directories
manual submission to affiliate directories
affiliate marketing...
Building links etc......

Out of which google shows only 9 links to my site when I do
link : www.url.com.

my alexa is improving day by day ..it has come down to 99500 from 2023654
& therefore I am unable to understand as to why no page rank ???? or no listing on any of the keywords....

Please suggest as to what I should do as I am the SEO incharge & I have no answer as I am tired of answering since 3 months for all these....

should I change my keywords & desc ..If yes what different should i do other than the basic rules...it should be there on the page with good density etc....
