I get almost all my hits from Goggle Base at the movement. I highly recommend it, as it is free and will help you get some hits while you work on SEO. I also get a great conversion ratio from them compared to paid PPC.

Yes - XML feeds are possible.

OH sure.. I get about 1K unique visits a month from Google Base. It will depend completely on how many products you upload to them and how many similar or identical products they already have listed.

The best thing about Google Base is that your listings may show up on Google's web search at the very top of the page for some keywords. It is almost better then getting top natural search results for those keywords.

Tip: Stuff as much info into your feed as possible.
