Google Antitrust
Anyone notice all the ANTITRUST stuff in the media the last few months?
It works well trying to rehab a banned/suspended account with google.
You send off an ANTITRUST complaint under title 15 section 1, look google you are a MONOPOLY by definition.
Title 15 section 14 gives private parties the right to bring a criminal antitrust action as a private USAGO for triple actual damages.
So this is the first thing I've seen GOOGLE be afraid of.
They realize they will soon be a FTC target and anyone with issues with them like banned/suspended accounts for NO GOOD REASON can really scare them with the right draft of an ANTITRUST complaint.
Only problem, the few lawyers that have the guts to hit google with antitrust all want usually 10K to 20K to mount the first attack.

A clinching moment came in November when FTC staff, who had exhaustively investigated the Internet search giant for 18 months, told the five FTC commissioners that they shouldn't bring a broad antitrust case, rebutting the theory that Google abused its dominant market position in Internet search to favor its own products and services at rivals' expense.
