    Google Analytics Tracking Off?

Has anyone else encountered some major problems with traffic tracking in google anayltics around february 17, and march 1st. Several of my sites abruptly dropped by almost the same percentage and are now tracking a much lower level. Is it possible Google implicated a sampling on my sites?

perhaps you've not yet heard, but a quick visit to my blog among others will show that google is now finishing off a new OPT OUT plug for anyone to use that will ensure that when they visit a site that does use Google Analytics, that their visit will NOT be recorded. ie a method to provide a way for us SEO practitioners who do use same to NOT receive true analytics....

go and take a read, eh -- www.canuckseo.com!

    .sigh....google, what'cha doing lads?????

Wow had no idea about that, thanks for the link and the read but the drop I'm seeing is much higher then site opting out can account for I believe, unless the opt out is automatically applied.

    Google Analytics Problems

If I have one Google Analytic profile, and I am tracking like 20 or 30 different unique domains under the same account is this a bad practice. Should I create a profile with a unique GA code for every unique domain caus right now all the sites under that profille have an exactly identical UA-code?

There must be some other issue with your websites as I didn't noticed any such things on my websites during the period you mentioned.
