Given that you have 12 hours a week to SEO... what would you do?
How would you break down the time in terms of link building, article submissions, blog link requests, etc...

These sites aren't mine, and I'm working for someone to SEO the sites out.. they're really specific so for some of the sites I'm already ranking #7-20, while for others, I'm not ranked at all..

It would be really helpful if you guys could break down how I should devote my time.. if submitting to blogs is only 10% effective.. i don't want to spend 10 hours doing that.. I guess I'm not really sure on how to split up my time...

Detailed and specific responses would be great ^^

Btw, the sites are all fundraising oriented.. youthgroupfundraisers, sportsfundraising, etc.
