A List Apart
On A List Apart you will find many good articles about almost everything that have something to do with webdesign and webstandards. I think this article will give you the answer:

And I think that more people should look into validating and webstandards, not everybody are using IE (even if IE is dominating). And look into CSS-design as well, will create less HTML-code and makes the life easier for robot's since they don't have to wade through lot's of HTML-code, and your pages will load faster.

That was a nice article ad it helps me because i'm actively building a flash site currently. THanx :-D
