Do the usual on site optimization. Keywords in title is your best bet. If you have a chance to add any htnl text to the page, even a paragraph below your flash, you'll benefit. From there, get links.
You can have nothing more than a title and a lot of relevant quality links to get in the serps. One of my sites is completely flash and successfully competes in a relatively saturated search. I pop on and off from the 1st to second page. It's all from the keywords in the backlinks.

yes I agree with you. Key word in title and strong back link can give you a good SERP rank. and this is what i have implemented here at synergysouthbeach[dot]com. this is real estate site on which i am working from last month and recently i got 1 pr and this site is on first page with some important keyword. This site has landing page with flash only, Nothing else. Still we are getting traffic on it. so flash can not stop you to come in SERP. Do some more hard work and your site will rock.. http://iweb-bg[dot]com/. Same thing here. I think about adding some text behind the swf or in the bottom, but I'm not sure that I won't be penalized.
