Flash Optimization - First Time

I am doing a client web site and they have a little flash that needs to optimized. I need a few pointers, I know that this has been discussed several times, but it has been a while since I have seen anything on it. If possible let me know a few pointers of things that I should not do, due to my lack of knowledge in optimizing flash. PM's are cool too

From what I know: backlinks, backlinks and more backlinks with your keywords. I forget who it was that gave a great example of this.

G can read flash, but places little value on the text for seo. So don't worry too much about what is in the swf itself (Note G will follow links in flash which can be handy).

The thing we always do is to use flash's standard detect Flash Player X embed code that uses javascript. Echo any text you have in your flash in the <noscript> part of the code.
